Disgustapated

So I cannot contain my excitement. I just bought two tickets for the June 8th concert at First Mariner Area. I'm going to see Tool. If you don't know this band they at an American rock band and have one of the most intense stage shows I have ever witnessed. The last time I saw them was 1996 in D.C. with Shawn Ferry and Chris O'Neil. I grew up listening to them in the franks basement and they are unlike any band I have ever heard.

What sets them apart is sheer effort and imagination. Their songs usually don't follow typical popular music rhythms or melodies and are so visceral you experience a roller coaster of emotions while listening to some of their longer tracks (Third Eye or Eulogy).

Tool is a rather heavy, progressive metal band from Los Angeles and are in my top 5 all time.

By the way, we have floor seats and I'm pretty sure we are going to be knocked around a bunch because the moshing that goes on at a Tool show can get real violent.
